BREAKING NEWS: Home Prices Rise in April

Home prices in 20 major metropolitan areas rose 1.1% in April on a non-seasonally adjusted basis, matching Wall Street expectations, according to the S&P/Case-Shiller home price index. From the same period a year prior, prices saw a 4.9% increase, compared to a 5.5% expected increase.
